What was the highlight of Roc Oberoy Hotel Paguera
IT was ok, Staff was mostly nice.
I had an issue at my arrival (No towels on the room) which was sorted the next day because the night shift guy did not know where were the clean towels. They apologize with a free drink which I liked.
Toilet was smelling after two days. I asked to be cleaned and the smell was still there. For a 4-star hotel this is very unusual. As a customer, I stayed in 3-start much better then this one.

What was the highlight of Roc Oberoy Hotel Paguera
A very cosy hotel for adults only
Food at the buffet was excellent. The room was clean. The staff was hard working and smiling. Themed buffet dinners (Mexican, Asian, Mallorcan, etc.). The kitchen is really working hard to cook good meals. The desserts are numerous and very tasty too. Good atmosphere in the hotel. Some people were under All Inclusive. The clientele was mostly German.
Our room was too bright (the hotel should invest in thicker curtains or blinds), bad phonic insulation (noises from the street, garbage truck early in the morning), the door was gripping a bit. There is only one lift and rather small (3 people max). You have to carry your luggage for 3 steps to get it into the lift. Parking in the street can be a challenge but was Ok when we were there (last week of May).

The location to the beach is good, the rooms were clean and the staff tried.
There was not one English Chanel on the TV. Only German and Spanish. The food was awful. Very cheap ingredients. The guy serving at the meat counter seemed to think that shouting in Spanish is the way to treat guests. The one night they had turkey, but by the time got there it was finished. He then served up a meat loaf which looked like dog food and he said it was the same thing. The one night they had mashed potatoe which was clearly mixed from a packet with too much water so that it was like a liquid. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Mallorca mainly times with dinner and breakfast included and it has always been impressive. This place has T a clue.

The stuff was extremely nice and polite, we are very satisfied with both receptionists and waitress, the hotel is quite small but very clean and well kept.
Food quality was very average.
